Had a lovely little meal here this week and the service was really good and the food was amazing , nothing was too much trouble the waitress was friendly and polite at all times.
Great food and super quick service. Our waitress, Hannah, was amazing. She was really friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She was especially kind to my friends child that was with us, which we really appreciated. Everything ran smoothly thanks to her. Will definitely be coming back!
Was so nice to have a family gathering of 18 in a comfortable non rushed establishment. (Pre booked table) Service staff were genuinely happy to help, the 4 children were served first as per instruction then 30 minute wait for 14 plates is perfect Food was delicious and hot with 4 Gluten Free meals within that 30 minutes included. All in all an excellent experience and will definitely be arranging a further family visit in the future.
We booked a pizza party for our 7 year old son’s birthday at Bella Italia in Plymouth at the Barbican Leisure Centre. Firstly I’d like to say a massive thankyou to Paul the manger & Allana who hosted the party as you were both amazing. I was slightly nervous about a kids party making pizzas on a Friday tea time because I didn’t want to ruin the atmosphere for anyone else, but the way it was all set up by the staff to separate the children and the rest of the people having there meals was perfect also Paul was quick to reassure us that he wanted the children to have a party and be kids rather then being told to calm down or shh as that’s what a kids party is all about The kids absolutely loved it, all 8 of them !! The pizzas they all made were delicious and then they all got to have ice cream for afters which they obviously loved My favourite part was watching them all put there aprons and chefs hats on sat at the table together, they looked super cute Then at the end they all got a personalised certificate which was a really nice touch I really can’t recommend it enough, the whole thing was amazing and everyone loved it thanks so Bella Italia Plymouth
Had a lovely afternoon visit today, ordered all 3 courses and can't say a bad thing about any dish that we received. We was advised of waiting times and asked about any allergies when entering by Paul who also revisited to make sure everything was OK with our time there. My son has coeliac disease and Melanie took our order and made us feel there was definitely no worries about us dining there. Timings between ordering and receiving our food was just about right. The severs were all very pleasant and polite and made sure everything was just as we ordered.
PIZZA PARTY We booked a pizza party for our grandson's 7th birthday. Wow, what can I say? The children and adults loved it! PAUL AND ALANA hosted it, and the kids loved them. When they got there, they all got given chef hats and aprons. Then they got to make their own pizza dough. Then the children put their sauce and toppings on, and it then went to the oven to be cooked. The children's faces when they saw it, after it was cooked After they ate the pizza, they went to choose what flavor ice cream they wanted. There was quite a lot to choose from. They all got a certificate to take home with their names on it. I would definitely recommend this for a children's party or even an adults party ⁷
New manager was really welcoming towards us and our kids, food portion size a lot better now as well and super tasty !!
Finally made it down after several recommendations, and the praises were well deserved. Food arrived promptly after very friendly service. The quality and portions further exceeded expectations. Very much looking forward to our next visit. Thanks to all involved.
